The third grade: aluminum alloy, containing manganese, magnesium less. Therefore, its strength and stiffness are obviously lower than those of Al-Mg alloy and Al-Mn alloy. Because it is soft and easy to process, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the basic flatness requirements of 3mm thick aluminum sheet. However, its oxidation resistance is obviously inferior to that of Al-Mg alloy and Al-Mn alloy. Moreover, it is easy to deform during processing, transportation and installation.
Fourth grade: ordinary aluminum alloy, mechanical properties are unstable. Grade 5: The raw material of this sheet is aluminum ingots smelted into aluminum sheets by aluminum processing plants, and the chemical composition is completely uncontrolled. Due to the chemical composition is out of control, the properties of these materials are unstable, resulting in serious uneven prodsuct surface, prodsuct deformation, easy oxidation.
From the above classification of raw materials, we are not difficult to analyze the quality assurance of each 3mm thick aluminum sheet after forming.
