The technical features of the prodsuction line:

3, the line takes full advantage of the width of the coiling material, and adopts the high-precision servo motor drive system to control the distance between the wafer and the wafer to the material edge to minimize. It can fundamentally reduce the amount of waste and make the utilization rate of raw materials more than 80%.
4, the prodsuction speed can reach 40-55 pieces per minute, and the prodsuction efficiency is improved.
5. Due to the modular design of the mold, the conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes when the size of the wafer is converted. The diameter range of the prodsuced wafer ranges from 85 mm to 750 mm.
