Prodsuct introdsuction
1060 aluminum sheet contains 99.6% Al, which is also called a pure aluminum sheet. Because the prodsuction process of 1060 aluminum sheet is relatively single, the technology is relatively mature, and the market price is very advantageous. It is often used in the industrial manufacture of large storage tanks. So, It’s also a commonly used industrial pure aluminum in the aluminum sheet family. Of course,1060 aluminum sheet has the characteristics of excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, plasticity, and extensibility of pure aluminum, but its own strength is low, it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and machinability is not good. Therefore,1060 aluminum sheet is also used in prodsucts with low requirements for strength. Such as face mask nose wires, billboards, namesheets, building exterior decoration, kitchen sinks, lamp holders, fan leaves, electronic parts, clock and disk surfaces, reflective appliances, etc.

Prodsuct Applications and Features
1. Excellent Processability.1060 aluminum sheet has good elongation and tensile strength, high formability, and strong plasticity, which can fully meet the general processing requirements (stamping, stretching).
2. Physical Characteristics.1060 aluminum sheet has excellent corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. However, its strength is low, heat treatment cannot be performed, and machinability is not good.
3. Weldability.1060 aluminum sheet can be used for gas welding, hydrogen atom welding, and contact welding, but it is not easy to braze.1060 aluminum sheet is easy to withstand various pressure processing, extension, and bending.

Hot rolled medium-thickness 1060 aluminum sheet uses Aluminum bus bars, car radiator, new energy car charging pile, mold, etc.
The hot-rolled 1060-O aluminum sheet uses Face mask nose wires, automobile heat shield, electronic tag, soft battery connector, the battery tabs materials.
