The 2014 aluminum alloy is a hard aluminum alloy and a wrought aluminum alloy. Compared with the 2A50, the copper content is higher, so the strength is higher and the thermal strength is better, but the plasticity in the hot state is not as good as the 2A50. 2014 aluminum alloy has good cutting properties. Contact welding, spot welding and rolling welding performance is good, arc welding and gas welding performance is poor; Heat treatment can be strengthened with extrusion effect.
Apply to situations that require high strength and hardness(including high temperature). Aircraft heavy, forgings, thick sheets and extrusion materials, wheels and structural components, first-class fuel tanks and spacecraft parts for multi-stage rockets, truck frames and suspension system parts
2014 Aluminum alloy solid bars 1) Homogenized annealing: heating 475 to 490 °C; Thermal insulation 12 to 14h; Furnace cold. 2) Complete annealing: heating 350 ~ 400 °C; Depending on the effective thickness of the material, the insulation time is 30 to 120 min; At a speed of 30 to 50 °C / H, the furnace is cooled to 300 °C and then empty. 3) Rapid annealing: Heating 350 to 460 °C; Thermal insulation time 30 to 120 min; Cold. 4) Quenching and aging: quenching 495 ~ 505 °C, water cooling; Natural aging temperature 96h. |
